I was faced with a very unpleasant situation - I bought a new ASUS computer and it turned out that the charger was not working. When asked what to do - I answered to take them back to their office, which is in a very awkward place. I explained to the operator that I am currently on crutches and I do not have the opportunity to ride to them and please arrange a courier who will do the exchange.
