They sold me something that doesn’t work, for the second time! Amd they have lost my order invoice on their system (great I know). I have confirmation of payment and everything from their end, so they’re just being difficult for the sake of it.

How many times to write complaints. It gives nothing. Only other potential customers are warned, but they don't read anything again until they catch up.
