Dear Sir/Madam, I emailed you earlier, but i haven't got a response... I placed an order last night around 9:30 (UK) time. I got an email response saying i would recieve a code within 2-12 hours. Ive then recieved another email saying "We are pleased to inform you that your FIFA_20_xbox_ONE_CODE activation key(s) is now ready for collection in the AutoKey System.". But when i go onto the autokey system it says "No keys are currently stored on our online system for this game, as the game is currently on back-order, as stated on the product page.". Please get this sorted as soon as possible, as i want to get the game downloaded and be able to play straight away. Thank you
