Fraud, poor service

Elektrum's leveled payment is utter nonsense. It is not possible to come across a company that can still skilfully write on people's debt as well as this matched payment. And in the end you are only to blame, because you see, you have to follow the same and compare! And I'm not the only one who has been in this situation! How in general can a company allow a customer to end up in such a situation in general?! Is there any need for any controls, restrictions!? It turns out that no master on the part of the company has followed the same and removed readings for comparison for 2 years! Although the master has been several times. On the part of the company only: make a payment in a different way will be proven penalty interest! Penalty interest for not warning me for two years that I am accumulating debt!? This is an absolutely failed service, as the company must ensure that the service will not lead to a large debt accumulation!I regularly pay settled payments and pay bills, but in the end you are put in the status of a debtor, because the company does not adjust the appropriate consumption, offers a sick, crippled service, disability, deformity. status without even warning, offering the only option to pay it in 12 installments.
