Order charged to my account after cancellation

Charged as a purchase on my bank account after I cancelled the order. Order cancellation was a call in and online before next order. User’s recommendation: Keep records of all calls or written communications.

Did not get my right bottle

Cartridges are only lasting 2 bottle fill ups.
