Cignal not working

Hello Po..Nag load po ako ng 300 sa Cignal prepaid ko po nung kaninang umaga then until now wla pa rong signal ung Cignal namin…stress na po asawa ko…at pls po paki fix ng issue…ito po ung account number 6446**** thank you
We had a transfer connection of service, I have been calling to change also our billing address to where the transferred services were done…My call was simply negated…Calling again to fixBE CLEVER ENOUGH TO CHOOSE THISCOMP the parabolar disk…nothing replied…ALWAYS CARE FREE TO ALL MY INQUIRIES..BE SENSIBLE.. User’s recommendation: Be clever enough not to choose this company.
Last July 31, 2021 I paid Php450 for the Cignal load for this month although our subscription has not expired yet. This was loaded to cignal acct. 5151****. i just load 300 pesos last week but still no service on my signal i tried yo reset but it came that i need to load again my prepaid cignal tv
