My experience is mostly bad

They were out of a lot of products and when I order my food I want a pepper but was told she repeated my order and I could not order a pepper at window I would have to go back through line

Im pissed I ordered 2 piece combo and I said pepper but she said she repeated my order and she could not add a pepper at the window and I would have to go wait in line by going back through drive thru

Chicken

Before I left Churchs Chicken I didnt get a chance to check my order, when I got home the chicken was old and cold. I had 3 large, sides 2 was put in containers and 1 was just thrown in a bag. I will never go back to that Churches chicken again.

Unsatisfied unable to contact store #233

Order my food through the drive thru. I ordered a #1 and a number 2. Both should be mixed. Got home had all dark meat, fries were cold and the chicken leg was spoiled in the two piece that was suppose to be mixed. Chicken tasted old. User’s recommendation: Go somewhere else.
