Original review updated by user May 21, 2021 I got behind 4 years ago. When I caught up there were late fees. The rep on the phone said NOT to pay them just stay current which I did last payment was made in February 2021, and they sent a final bill which was paid 2 weeks later.... Read more➤
You refuse to interact with the customer; I get forwarded to a “chat box” which clearly wasn’t reading my inquiries and ended up referring me to third-party lawyer, for which I had to enter credit card info…REALLY!!! all over a misunderstood. mischaracterized $300 delinquent payment from three years ago….what a disaster your organization is!!!! Update by user May 28, 2021 I did not want this to go on my credit report so after negotiations Chrysler reduced my bill by 25%. I could see other way out of this problem. On October 30, 2018, I parked the car in parking lot CP56 Beta, Hippocrates Street 7, RH. «GiЃ., only refunded, but in tariff zone B. fill in the electronic objection form, explain the situation, . I received a response from CityParking that CityParking checked Mobilly's payment system while reviewing your application. In the tariff zone BH cars with payment was not made. I myself indicated in my application. I believe that the answers are prepared without considering the case.
