I join all those people whose lives are ruined by services. If you want to buy furniture here, you have to take into account a large telephone bill and nervous tension for a minimum of 2 months. In the middle of October we ordered children's furniture. Promises to deliver within a month to 45 days. The time has come, no one is calling for a delay, which would be a polite practice. Not to mention that the emails themselves are not answered. When calling every few days, the answer is that the car is on the road, that something is delayed, etc. , promises to call back, but, of course, no one calls back. December is coming. Threatened with the Consumer Protection Bureau and Without Taboos. The delivery date for the next week is miraculously set, with the machine present from 16:00 to 17:00. I take a free hour from work, leave home, of course, there is no car yet at 17:00, no calls for delays, no apologies. Again, after the threat calls, however, 17:30 is delivered, BUT - only two of the three packages have come from the child's bed. So half a bed. Question - don't people know how to count to three? The mattress is not the right one, for which hard money has been paid. Brought a very poor quality temporary mattress. No one calls again, no apologies... So now I keep calling and threatening every few hours. At the same time, I write complaints to the company's management and the Consumer Office at the top... Nightmare is not a shop! Whenever possible, avoid it!
