Being under the influence of alcohol in a public place
. Since I was right in this conflict and had no arguments for them, they asked me if I hadn't drunk, smelling beer. I said that I am (I had drunk six Piebalga beers). Then they said that if I had better not cry out for trivia here, otherwise they would arrest me "for being in a public place under the influence of alcohol. " But the only thing that showed my alcohol "intoxication" was the smell, because this amount of alcohol does not cause me to sway or vague speech. But then I have a question - can a person really be arrested in our country just for drunk?! Okay - I'm not saying anything if a person is drunk, stuttering and talking vaguely, but now you can't connect to a person for drinking a few beers! This is already a restriction on personal freedom.
