I have eaten several meals at Chipotle. However, I have not been able to provide my Chipotle number and I have lost points. What do I do? User’s recommendation: No points are added to my meals at Chipotle.

Long wait to order in person and “FILTHY” store.

Waited in line approximately 45 minutes to order food. Those working were attentive once it was my turn, but the conditions were atrocious! Dirty pans EVERYWHERE and the table where they were preparing orders was not wiped even once during my 45-minute wait. A mess.

Racist employees

They have attitudes and hang up on you if your white. I’ve seen and heard the black employees physically threatening and verbally abusing the white employees for no reason! Will never eat or visit this establishment ever again! Tried 5 different so called customer service numbers and they all hang up! User’s recommendation: Stay Away!

To employees; poor in listening skills. They need more training. They either missed up my order three times by no given me one or tw o things. User’s recommendation: Check your order before you go.
