Poor delivery, poor service (by phone)
On January 6, 2020 I bought a 110.shop TV SAMSUNG and a memory card KINGSTONE, I paid with the help of internet banking. Delivery method - by courier to home address (Fontana county Saulkalne). The delivery date was written on 09.01.17. The goods were not delivered. I called to ask what happened - I didn't hear why the delivery was delayed. The operator said will write logistics. 10.01 nothing changed, silence. The call again - this time even said that the order was packed waiting for the courier to pick it up and take it away. He said he would try to do something again. 12.01 (at 10:13) a text message arrived that the product had been delivered to the courier and would be delivered within 1-2 working days. 16.01 no one called again and the product was not delivered. Call - say they don't know what, and we are just waiting for you when the product is delivered to you. just waiting? But to solve the problem you tried? Then I could not stand with such a relationship I refused the order. said the money will be returned within 5 working days. I'm waiting... hopefully something will be in time. There are two questions - what do I pay for the courier? And who needs these operators when they know nothing and can't do anything. Problem anetics solved.
