Bad heartbreaking experience

We signed a contract on a new 2014 dodge ram quad cab (Model Code: DS1L41 Stock #: 14T504 VIN: 1C6RR6FT2ES455324) on Monday Dec 22, 2014. We drove it off the lot with 35 miles on it. Bought a 2009 dodge avenger, it has 1254 miles on it. The car was is service more than in my driveway. Now at 7254 miles the driver side window regulator is broken.
