Fraud, very poor service
I bought coupons at perkamkopa.ca, when I went to the procedure for the first time, everything was ok. All three procedures took place. Going to this salon a second time, the master announced that we can only make two procedures from the coupon, because there is no time for the third procedure, I was shocked, as can be planned once, not a second time. The girls said we do not know anything, call the administrator because you are left with one procedure unused. By calling the administrator, she declares that I am guilty myself because I have signed up for two procedures, trying to object that it is impossible because the coupons are all the same and for the first time then I had a full set. The administrator stated that he should not go to the procedure at all if he could not do everything, as a result of which the procedure was lost.Then the administrator excused that she could not talk and call back later in the promises. Realizing today that I would not be called back, I called myself. To my question, what to do next in tomorrow's appointment and another two weeks, the administrator answered, if I do not like I can cancel all procedures. If you want to return the money, contact perkamkopa. Reading complaints on multiple sites, I understand this is the salon's strategy.
