Defective Item
I purchased a laptop on October 3 (Thursday) this year. On the evening of the same day, we turned it on, the installation process began, which was successfully completed, and the desktop opened. We plugged in the charger, but after a few seconds a message appeared stating that the battery level was low and the computer turned off. We left it to charge, but even after a few hours it couldn't be turned on. Also the next day it couldn't be turned on, so I couldn't use the computer with it! On October 7 (Monday), I took it back and the warranty master said that it would take a couple of days to find out the reasons. Now 5 days have passed and there is no answer! Their argument - a second-hand product was returned! Halo... Can I use my computer without turning it on? And I paid it in the original packaging!Well now I have neither the money to buy a new computer elsewhere nor a computer! Very "nice" attitude towards customers. I will not buy in this box anymore! I don't recommend it to others!
