Warranty Repair
Hello. I have this problem. bought a portable Asus X53U a year and a half ago. The computer was slow, but there was no other at the time, so I use the same and I don't worry much about the park, because I don't understand anything from computers. After a while, an acquaintance saw how slow he was and checked what was wrong. It turns out opening even a single website the computer works on all 100%. It is even clear to me that this is not normal. I bring the computer under warranty, tell me about the problem, take the computer under warranty and return it after 3 weeks. Taking home (I know it's my fault I didn't check on the spot), the computer is just as slow.. After a while, when you turn on the computer, the screen is black and nothing happens. I bring it to the repair again. After 3 weeks, I get a call that my computer needs to be reinstalled and I have to pay for it. Okay, I'll pay. How much computer I don't use at all at that moment, so I'm not particularly worried about him anymore. It is now a year since the computer is practically no longer in use. I thought I had to take it back to the warranty to do everything as it should. Today I am called from a store salesman who does not speak english and is trying to explain what I have to pay for again. I tell her I don't understand her that I'll call the store later. I call and there tells me that the defect has not been found, that the computer just needs to be reinstalled. I say I don't need to reinstall because my computer has been completely empty since they were last reinstalled. So the question is, what are they doing in that warranty repair? Reinstall your computer and everything? A request to connoisseurs. I'm willing to pay anything or money for the computer to work well and not run out, but just not to the AZ Store because they don't see the problem. Where can I go and what detail is to blame?
