I am an customer of cheddars of atleast 3 times a month my birthday was this month and received from cheddars scratch kitchen a free birthday dessert . When i showed my waiter the free birthday

the dessert he claimed he would not except it since they were a franchise and not a corporate office If these franchises do not accept these emails coming from the corporate office then no longer distribute them to their customers i thought it was terrible for the mgr of this franchise in Tamarac Fla not to honor... Called in a take out at 6:25 pm on 3/13/21 at Cheddars on Kingston Pike, Knoxville.

Said my order would be ready in 25 minutes. Arrived at 6:50pm and finally server came out at 7/15pm. No other cars in parking spaces when I arrived.
