The Civil Law stipulates that the contractual penalty may not exceed 10% of the debt amount, accordingly JSC "BERENDSEN" acts unlawfully, violating the principles of fair commercial practice. I would advise clients to consider whether it is worthwhile to start cooperation with this company and if the cooperation is initiated then to terminate the cooperation by attracting a qualified lawyer.
