Went to pay off my loan and gave her my address to send my title. She still entered the wrong address and then never apologized then got snotty with me and said it wasn’t her problem that I need to wait 5 days and go to mvd and buy a new one for 10 bucks. I asked for her managers name and if she can write it on the paper she said do it yourself. All I wanted to know was how they plan to fix the issue but instead she got rude so I calmly wrote down the names and number to speak to her manager about how rude she was to me. She yelled the number out and said it so fast then rolled her eyes when I asked her to slow down and calm down. It was 40 mins before closing so I’m sure she was tired but that is no excuse for poor customer service! Anytime I needed money I go there. Pay off then when I need I go again! But not after this experience! I will be taking my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t mind getting the title myself by going to mvd but it’s how she spoke to me and handled this and very rude to me! I do not put up with this kind of bad customer service I do not argue I just take this to the person in charge and explain to them the situation and hope they take care of this so no one else has to deal with this. Store is on 83ave and Thomas and her name is Liz but said her manager name was Sonia Vasquez. If I could type the whole service and attitude and her rude comments I would but I’ll save the rest for when I get a call about this or when I call to speak to her manager!!!
