Check CASHED but put portion on PREPAID CARD FULL OF FEES

Went to cash tax return required for portion be on prepaid card. already $110 to cash didn’t want ATM fees was lied2 turkey hill/giant eagle free. $5 taken out immediately ,4 monthly fee.
