The support service is simply careless. I wanted to buy an oven and called the information phone and asked if the oven comes with or without frying pans or pans. I called 4 times and each time I was told that I would get an answer within 24 hours. So I waited 4 days and bought elsewhere where everything was explained normally. Thanks for the last time you buy from them....
