I put this article to let as many people as possible know about the true nature of Viasat! At the end of 2019, I subscribed to the magazine club. There was a raffle where you could win a Viasat set for the year and watch Viasat TV throughout 2020. I was one of the three lucky ones to win this set. I was very happy because I am disabled myself, and what else do I have to do to watch TV! After this year's viewing, the set remained in the "winner's hands", but the "card" had to be returned. Since I picked up Optus terrestrial TV at the end of the year, I sent the Viasat card to Viasat on November 27 at the post office, by registered mail! I'm not worried about anything anymore, thinkingthat the contract has been terminated and there is no further obligation with Viasat! This year, yesterday, I received an SMS from Viasat: "You have not sent a Viasat card, please do so!" I call Viasat, I say: - anyway, I sent it to you already on November 27... Answer: unfortunately we have not received it, turn to the post office... I entered the post office, but the meaning of it is small, because I did not save it (guilty!) to this day shipping check. I kept it until the end of January and then threw it away, because I thought that if there was no news from Viasat for two months, then everything was fine! I announce this to Viasat. Then they immediately declared, "Nothing can help me, I have to pay a fine!" I say it's not fair, I've done everything - I sent the card - I even have a printout of a bank account, which shows that I have paid to send a registered letter from the post office - but only a penalty is paid from them... Yes, I was to blame for not keeping the check for almost three months! But I'm not more than guilty! I really hope this is not a "constant" activity of cheating people!
