Poor service

I bought them a computer, which I accidentally received with factory defects, the return of which led to CRPC intervention, the money is frozen for several months, not like a 14-day return article, looking for unsubstantiated arguments like not giving you money back. Failure to comply with the contract. You'll see how long I have to wait for the money in my account.
