Since I cancelled due to COVID, the$96.80 credit was sent to Cheapfareguru. When I contacted the airline to use the credit, they statrd that Cheapfareguru had already used the credit fir 2 flights and my balance was $0. User’s recommendation: Do not do business with this company.

bought a flight and there was a flight change weeks out and they charged me an extra 25$. When I called it took me over an hour to speak to their “supervisor” and they said the fee was nonrefundable and clearly stated allowed in their terms and conditions. would not recommend at all. User’s recommendation: stay away.
