When we went to the store ourselves, we showed Liana all the defects. Knowing their attitude, we had already recorded the conversation in the dictaphone, the conversation was not very pleasant...that they will have to go to court if the problem is not resolved, the store employees said that "probably not the first and not the last time.. now someone has already sued them..".. It turns out that they are proud of it... Then Liana promised call back due to the change of the building... But no one calls back anymore, calling 1a no longer connects with Liana, the attitude towards the client is completely nonexistent.
