Bad server, unkind staff, unusable product
I ordered a pizza to take away when I got home, it turned out to be impossible to use because they the base is burned. I called the pizzeria, which I started with an unusable product, to which I received an answer that I didn't have time to talk to me, to register my claim on the company's website... and?
