I want to complain about the fact that the online store 110.shop sells low-quality imitations. I bought a mobile phone that did not match at all what was written on the buttons with symbols, with what appeared on the screen when you pressed them. Several buttons did not work at all. I drove a long way, missed work, and I'm told that the goods are not accepted back today, come another day - isn't it nice? Well ok. The next time I came, I didn't want to answer the phone at all because "there was a sim card inserted". To the fact that the phone is defective, for which the buttons do not work normally, I replied that "I need to give in". I replied that I did not have to "apply", but used the device according to the rules. Meet, that if I brought their phone a month later, I would order 5 houses further because they obviously do not consider the keyboard to be untrue, but something to be "sneezed at".
