Missed package!

I waited for my shipment for 15 days, I started to think that there was something wrong with it, and from the FedEx I didn't write the message to the online store I sent, and it turns out that FedEx had already sent it back absolutely no message from the FedEx that the shipment is already in the parcel. It was such that on 11. 12. 2020 I had received another shipment from another internet bank and also through the omnivore, it turned out that it was in that transaction that they also sent the package back, without knowing anything again.
