Never go on excursions with the company "Ozolciems Ture", because there may be a situation that you arrive at 7. 00 in the morning from where the bus is on the tour, but it turns out that you are not included in the general list, because customers of two companies travel on this bus tour and two people are registered in one place! So you just get out of the bus, and with the child and the guide, the guide answers that you don't know where to turn to solve this situation! Going to the company's office, which supposedly works from 10. 00, there is no one there and for 10 long searching the catalog and calling the reference phone numbers, you manage to get the company's director's home phone number and call him! Pl. At 12. 00 the director arrives and blames all the blame on the employee of the company, who is supposed to be fired, but it is already their internal business! Ok yetthat the money for the trip was returned, we only had to lose one way or another to the changed currency, which must be changed back to dollars, but already for a different exchange rate! So think carefully before getting involved in any dealings with this company!
