Never, NEVER contact this firm mebeles24.org. 3/4/2020 I ordered a leather sofa, I paid an advance. Promised to deliver within 6 weeks. After six weeks, without waiting for any info, call, ask what with my order? Being until the end of April. Come May, this time an article, not a call: what about my order? The sofa is finally ready, next week, on Monday, when it will be delivered exactly. Monday, Tuesday is coming... I wanted to find out the call on Wednesday.. "You already wrote last week.. " "I hear on the other side of the handset, tjipa, what are you disturbing, what do you need again!) telling you when you will be able to deliver, then the sofa needs to be in Melbourne (will be delivered from abroad) It will be 2 and a half months since I placed the order. I still don't know... The most frustrating thing is that NEVER they didn't consider it necessary to call or write and inform what is going to be delayed, etc.
