Poor service

Service terrible, replaces tv decoders with new viaplay, aunt a woman of respectable age fails to fully activate the new tv decoder, call customer service is not possible, operators are always busy. On the Viasat website, in the chat section, the operator Oscar ignored the request for the aunt to call and provide help by phone, tried to turn the chat as if we were giving up help and ignored the question of whether they call customers back at all. As a result, the mood and aunt without television are spoiled - super service!
