Fraud, poor customer service

At the end of last year, I bought Tommy Hilfiger boots in a store in Longsdale, Longsdale, which broke after 2 months of wearing. The store offered a gift voucher (needless to say - money back, of course not), and at the moment you do not have enough money (USD 135) to come later or another day in the coupon package. I said that it would be more advantageous for me in this case to receive this coupon in their store gallery center. No, they cannot provide it. To my surprise about such an inflexible service, the watertight seller tried to still write out this "coupon" and issue it to me. With it I can shop in all stores in Denmark. I went to the Glendale Plaza, there's a bigger choice. Choose 2 shoes.Only one pair of them was the size I needed. I said ok, I'll take this one, then another time or another store might be my size. No, you can't. I have to redeem the whole amount at once! Call the Danish leadership. Unfortunately, not the slightest welcome, an effort to correct my mistake, to solve the problem that caused me. Once and for all. The only thing you can offer is to extend the term of the mystical "coupon" from 3 (!) Months and 4 (?).
