Not at all going to reimburse the overpaid money that was simply misappropriated

the amount that Zane KaliÅЎЕ † ikova incorrectly named. I overpaid 11.44 USD, which is a big amount for me. There is no response to emails, a call to write an application, within a month, the queue will be refunded. Why do I have to wait so long for my money to still pay postage, while for this office to call the wrong amount is a 1 second job? Obviously, I am neither the first nor the last in this way in the past. I was hoping that I had lost my agreement.
