Terrible Service
Hello! Today, May 13, at 18.30, I was in AKROPOL'S to buy shoes in a DANISH shoe store. I stood at the checkout for an hour because the two sellers did not know how to use the gift card. At first they said the card was blank and sent me to the information where I was told the card was full, then they 40 minutes around the time with my card and money. In the end, talking to someone on the phone, they helped them get in properly, but the transfer was made with coins that both hands were full. I am terribly dissatisfied with the service and time spent! Contract to teach people at first, only to let them work!
