Rough treatment of customers

Seesam Europe representatives have never answered telephone calls in the normal tone. I chose not to enjoy their occupancy (Neither hello, nor all good things can be said) and bureaucracy ("call elsewhere" - and so 5 times), so write a decision - mail, but sometimes customer questions do not seem to be a very important area: (because my employer has chosen this insurance company.
