As it turns out, the problem of modernization cannot be solved much faster for customers living abroad, because customers living in Australia are promised the new settings within three days. Will not show for 1. 5 months and will be offered a 30% lower bill. With this attitude, VIASAT will lose a lot of customers! It is easier to withdraw from a contract by breaking it and switch to a better service provider. Once upon a time it was possible to use the recording function, for those decoders who had this option, Now from this summer, due to the new card, which everyone had to change in a forced way, this option no longer exists, and can no longer stop watching TV, does not show program annotation. If repairs or other modernization work are planned, advance notice is required. If you are not able to fully solve the problems, then you need to send / receive the old signal until all problems are resolved and the transition to the new system. The service is no longer available and offers a reduced bill! What should I pay for? You can watch VISAT on your phone yourself, but not for us, who pay for the service.
