Unhealthy service and poor quality food
14. May evening. I wanted to please the child, we went to eat at a pizza workshop in Ballarat. This is the first time I complain about something. How many low-quality dishes there have been. But this time the attitude of the employee really annoyed me. Gyros - on the left, which was brought to me, on the right, who should have been, at least, in the pictures of the pizza workshop. When I asked for the food to be changed... Neither an apology nor a basic courtesy, the employee obviously became angry and dissatisfied, sorry that troublemaker. Something with his long fingers was removed from the portion, something was warmed by tossing bowls like a dog, but the result did not change, left as it seemed, especially,the same inedible pieces and added a few more. I really wanted to eat, I ate potatoes and salad from a portion, but I would not touch the gyros. Meanwhile, the employees always shamelessly studied how to eat. When I refused to pay for gyros, but would pay for the rest, I said that it was a whole portion and I could not pay separately. Not that I couldn't pay, but in principle, I didn't want to pay for poor quality food. Please have the employee name you and call the pizzeria manager or manager, if there has been one. She refused to do so, so I took a picture of her. She started threatening me with security and started pushing some buttons, then filmed me as I left with the baby. The child, of course, is scared of it all. The result is that the whole evening is ruined, sad instead of joy. I will never come to this pizzeria again, although I like to visit before. Management should watch out for man service! The sphere has at least a slight sense of empathy, basic courtesy, and the ability to apologize, even if the employee's arrogance does not allow it.
