Extortion, unwillingness to resolve issues with a client
Due to viasat switching to other operating frequencies, one day our home tv showed darkness! Later - I don't need anything from you, because I am a customer of another. Shut down this body! And don't send invoices anymore! Everything goes the same way: the bills arrive, you can call them only on the information phone (where the girl says that can not help, because you see there are regulations). My verdict: this is an inaccessible office, only for your own needs. You will never admit your mistakes. Always mention records to improve quality, but have never used it themselves to checkthat the customer is right! That they offered, promised... And did not. Paradoxically, the feeling that I will find mushrooms in the desert is greater than the search for truth / solutions in viasata!
