There are no claims against the direct sellers who were in contact with the store in person, even a positive and nice impression. But an unknown person who works in the service sector and is unable to normally hold a telephone conversation in the state language and continues to solve a specific delivery problem in foreign language is not acceptable when working in the service sector.
