Poor service

2 weeks ago I leased 4 winter tires - US. I'm still waiting for the wait. Forever, some reservations as to why not delivered. Missing documents, etc. Even a fool understands that a car needs winter tires now, not in a month. Very poor service. If there are problems, then I think that a normal company will inform the customer - buyer about the problems. But I call and call. the company does not even consider it necessary to call back. I do not recommend this online store to anyone.
