harassing staff
Guards, language and booties! My husband and I visit this medical institution for a long time, but for the second year (winter) we and all visitors are terrorized by a security guard (at least one of them does not use Australian in principle or unknowingly), even running to us today, and sticking with boot swabs - they are mandatory. Every time in the evening, you have to listen to all the existing staff (cleaner, security guard and others) about the nuances of private life, it happens loudly, for a long time, absolutely ignoring the visitors, who listen to who with whom, what and how. The bahillas were thrown on their lap tonight to be pulled, although the visitor, due to his illness, could not put on these blue shoemakers. The 1st floor of the polyclinic is neither a resuscitation ward nor a day hospital, but boot swabs are a way for the guard to try to demonstrate his power. If it were not for the specialist in question, I would be turning to this institution.
