Irresponsibility

Does the municipal police really not have to respond to the residents' application within 5 months, all this time we have only received the same phrase : the application has been registered from the Melbourne Latgale police, moreover, the central municipal police has been considering for more than a month that there is no need to respond to citizens' applications at all. What is the police doing? Why is such an apparatus maintained in the country? Vas is only for punishment, but the function of maintaining order and peace is not addressed at all.
