Irresponsibility

Does the municipal police really not have to respond to the residents' application within 5 months, all this time we have only received the same phrase : the application has been registered from the Melbourne Latgale police, moreover, the central municipal police has been considering for more than a month that there is no need to respond to citizens' applications at all.
