I wanted to share the incomprehensible actions of AuMobile. The thing is that I called AuMobile to inquire whether I would give the phone on installment. I did not answer immediately, but said that I had to fill in the application on the website. I also did so, I entered my number, which I wanted to keep when buying a new phone. This number is very important to me, for about a year or two, it has been given to customers who need my help in the field of welding services. Then I received a call from an AuMobile employee to deliver the SIM card home the next day, but the phone itself, which has determined the first deposit, a couple of days later. I receive an AuMobile SIM card with a connection and my number. I am waiting for the phone, but no one calls. I opened an e-mail, but there from the AuMobile letter about refusing to give the phone on installment. All clear, if not give, then do not give. But why give a SIM card, which I do not need, if do not give a phone? I called several times, including my husband also, asking me what to do to give up their services, and why they do not ask, or I want their connection if there is no transaction to buy a phone. I did not receive any related answers, I have to write an application for cancellation of the number, if I do not want an AuMobile connection, but the question remains, due to their fault I have lost my relationship with the previous operator, which satisfied me quite, moreover, this number is lost. No one in that office takes the blame, doesn't cancel the deal, and doesn't find out about switching back to the previous operator. It feels so powerless and humiliating.
