I was a Telstra user purchasing an additional number and I unlocked the old Telstra number from the phone type because the Telstra store said that I should call the day I want to cancel the number I also made a call on the 30th, I said that on the date I refused the number they accepted the call but after a while 3 months come the request via Telstra services turns out that the operator who performed the number redial had put it as a customer still advice on reversals now I have to pay for services via for whom I haven't even used the negligence of Telstra employees simply :(
