A few weeks after purchasing the Lenono ThinkPad, the keyboard became obsolete. ServiceNet was replaced with a new one under warranty. Today, a year later, again the same problem. Logically, the 1 year warranty for the product has expired. Offers to wait at least 4 weeks, pay over 100 CAD to perform the same operation. Somehow it seems incoherent. Needless to say, cocaine faces and no discussions about alternatives are going to get involved.
