A 3-year-old child started having a hollow cough and had a fever the night before, we decided that the child should be seen by a family doctor. Contacting the reception of Uptown Medical Center, we wanted to book a home visit. The reception informed us that today Dr. UZhane has a baby day, but from 10-11 it is an acute hour and we can come to the doctor to show the baby. Of course we did. Arriving at the doctor, she announced that she would not accept us, because today is baby day and only healthy children are coming. Of course, it's all understandable, so we turned around and walked away. We went to the reception again where we applied for an on-call doctor at home. The reception again announced that you could go to the doctor's office, the acute hour was from 10-11. However, we called on them to put things in order,so that people and wherever other children who feel bad would not be dragged around in vain. It would not be anything when we returned home, Dr. UZhane called us personally, at first we thought that we would apologize for this incident and get interested in how the child feels. Instead, we received a sea of reproach, as we could have imagined coming on a baby day, and he had been with the chairman of the board there and had already discussed the case. We somehow did not understand that we are now being blamed on the fact that in the beginning we wanted to apply for a home visit and offered us to receive medical services in the morning without waiting for the evening. This case put an end to our cooperation and we will look for a family doctor who really cares about children's health.
