Warranty Service
SCAN ENGINE NEE NISSAN NEE Absolutely bad mood and a good day to share with the following today. Some time ago, Skandi Motora bought a car Nissan Juke, which crashed the headlights a few months later. I went to Skandi Motor, where the headlights were replaced after the warranty, admitting that it was the manufacturer's defect, so the headlights cracked. The joy was short, because it didn't take a few months and the newly acquired headlights cracked again, getting exactly the same cracks as the first time! I went to Skandi Motor to solve this issue again. The headlights were photographed and inspected to "draw conclusions" for Skandi Motor and Nissan. I expected an answer that was rejected. They do not change the headlights, because the second headlights are an improved version and it is unlikely that it is the manufacturer's fault. The answer to the question of what the rationale for the service consultant was wasthat the machine was apparently incorrectly operated and hot / boiled water was poured on the headlights! Yeah, I just don't have much to do that could pour water on the lights? As explained by the warranty service staff, the service consultant may have had a bad omen or a bad day... JAAAA I also have a bad omen and a bad day today, sorry, but due to this event my omen has been damaged for several months! I went to Skandi Motor to the warranty service staff to get more information and explanations about the situation. It seems that this warranty service employee xxx was not very happy and kind about my arrival and questions about it. Bedigi. Here, too, I did not get my truth and no logical explanations. Skandi Engine Warranty staff advised me to go to a Nissan manufacturer for a passport, even though I wasn't really happy, why should I do it for my passport? Of course I turn to a Nissan manufacturer, and I look forward to hearing from you more than a month ago! And then I was just forced to remind them of my existence! I also didn't get any response or results from the Nissan manufacturer. But the main absurdity is that they have drawn conclusions without even seeing and looking at these cracked lights! How can that be? Here's what they answered me: We've received your case, and we've contacted the dealer. We received a response from the dealer that the problem was most likely caused by external influences. Dirt had accumulated on the lamps, as a result the temperature became too high and the lamps began to crack. Also, too aggressive lamp washing could cause such a problem. Therefore, the NNE does not cover the repair costs in this case.! Once again, I have a question for both Skandi Motor and Nisan Roster that SADUS CONCLUSIONS CAN BE DRAWN WITHOUT A HEADLAMP INSPECTION? Apparently Nissan and CanadaMotors have switched to quantity instead of quality and I am just a regular customer who just makes money for them... Thanks to Skandi Motor and Nissan for the bad and unfair treatment of "as if they were their customers"! So as you read this, think about whether it is worth threatening directly with Skandi Motor and Nissan...
