terrible attitude towards the customer and a lie
I never recommend anyone and anyone to order something at a office called servicenet.ca My Acer computer has a broken fan, I place an order, I pay money. I was told that "the product will be in 1-2 weeks if the product is in stock". Two weeks passed, I called, said that the goods were not on the spot yet, but had arrived in the mail, there tended to be problems and so on. Well, ok. I called on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday... There were still no items. In the end, after quite persistent requests to provide information when the product could be, I was informed that such a fan is not in Acer's warehouse at all, and to write a refund application. It robbed my nerve for almost three weeks of time and I still have to wait for the money to be returned. I'm really surprised that it is possible to take the customer's money and make him wait for a non-existent product.
