Poor service

Don't buy old-fashioned in an online store! It promises delivery within 1-3 business days, but now the fifth business day is running and customer service can't even tell you how many days I could receive my order... Each phone the conversation ended with a promise to call back or send the email - no one has ever called back. Senukai, I promise you will never bother again and I will never buy anything from you again!
