I purchased three gift cards– they charge my account through Pay Pal and never sent the e-cards. They were no help when I called customer service. They said I had to request a refund through Pay Pal.
Update by user Feb 15, 2019 I never got a dime. Even the better business bureau got involved and cash star promised a refund stating it was a miscommunicationand they apologized but they have no intention of making this right. I’ve been promised a full refund since 1/7/2019. They are a scam….
